Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. Her best-recognition was for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013 where she was Claudia Shepard. She also played the main part of Jerrica Jem Betnton on the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the younger sister of Ally. While growing up Aubrey was a part of the Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. She is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was awarded valedictory honors for this class in 2012 as she completed her studies. Harvard University admitted her, however, she was required to vote to her admission the second time due to her Nashville role. Peeples starred in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally & Ally & Austin & Ally & Ally & (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as a Guest Star. Peeples was a regular on film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. The latter was her most prominent role as Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama series in its second season. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples in September 2014 as one of America's best young actors.
